Full closure order granted

Yesterday, officers attended court and were granted a Full Closure Order by Bromley Magistrates Court for an address in the St Fidelis area following ongoing reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB).

The property had previously been subject to a Partial Closure Order. Unfortunately, despite this action, the anti-social behaviour associated with the address continued and had a significant impact on the local community.

As a result, further evidence was presented to the court, and a Full Closure Order was applied for and granted. This order means that no one including the resident is permitted to remain at or enter the address for the duration of the order.

We hope this closure order will bring much-needed respite to residents and help restore a sense of safety and wellbeing within the area. The Safer Neighbourhood Team will continue to work alongside partner agencies  to monitor the area and address any further concerns should they arise.
